Flextronics Selected by LG Electronics to Manufacture Assorted LCD TV Products

Flextronics (Nasdaq: FLEX ) today announced that it was chosen by LG Electronics (LGE) to manufacture 19, 22, 26, 32, and 37-inch LCD TVs at its Juarez, Mexico facility for distribution to the North and South American markets.

By collaborating with Flextronics, LG will be able to expand its product portfolio and cost effective access to these key markets," said Didier Chenneveau, Chief Supply Chain Officer at LG Electronics.

In addition to its Juarez, Mexico facility, Flextronics' Doumen and Brazil facilities will also provide services to support this business.

With The Assistance of Flextronics, LG can focus at Higher end LED LCD TV 40" or above with LED backlit technology, that is one of the way to debut his largest Korean Rival Samsung.
LG is the world 2nd largest LCD TV maker after Samsung.
